In the hotel’s own glass aging cabinets, the dry-aged beef from hotel’s own Limousin cattle is given exactly that time to develop its full flavor. This arrangement pays homage to craftsmanship and taking things slow. While the dry-aged beef at the Restaurant 800°C , time simply stands still out in the hills surrounding Daun. Over the course of three evenings, you’ll be guided step by step into the restaurant’s culinary world—from a refined gourmet menu to a creative burger, culminating in the grand finale: the Special Beef Menu.
In between: Rediscover your own rhythm. Breathe in the fresh Eifel air during a walk in the woods. Relax your muscles in the warmth of the sauna. And in the evening, sit down at the table knowing you’ll be treated to the finest delicacies.
