The heart of it all.

Premium beef.

Our special pride and joy? The beef. Much of it comes from our own farm —right here in the beautiful Eifel region. The Limousin cattle are raised in a species-appropriate manner, with plenty of space. Their meat is patiently aged in the hotel’s own aging cabinets. Dry-aged. Aromatic. Simply incomparable in flavor.

The selection is complemented by premium cuts of meat such as Jack’s Creek Black Angus, known for its fine marbling and rich, distinctive flavor. But why not try it for yourself?

The menu combines classic German cuisine with modern grilling techniques using an 800°C grill. Dry-aged steaks in a variety of cuts are served alongside schnitzel, a rotating selection of beef dishes, and seasonal specialties.

We also offer seasonal sides, vegetarian dishes, and light options for those with a small appetite. Of course, we haven’t forgotten about salads, pasta, fish, and desserts. We have a special kids’ menu for our younger guests.

What matters most: high-quality ingredients, preferably locally sourced. Artisanal cooking. And dishes that not only fill you up but also make you happy.

There’s always something new to discover here. In addition to our regular menu, we’ll surprise you with weekly classics or monthly theme weeks. Sometimes it’s all about schnitzel, sometimes asparagus, and sometimes game—whatever the season has to offer.

And then there are those truly special evenings: murder mystery and theater dinners , or festive buffets on holidays. Evenings when dining becomes an experience.
